We conduct weekly medical education sessions that enhance their academic qualifications. In addition we lobby for scholarship partners which enable the staff members to attend and take part in various workshops.
  2. Time Management: The Health Centre puts into consideration doing work at the agreed time or proper time as a way of avoiding wastage of the resources.
  3. Commitment and Determination: We encourage a high level of commitment and determination among our staff members in order to achieve the Health Centre’s goals.
  4. Honesty and Sincerity: While doing our work at the Health Centre we put priority in being honest in what we are doing in addition to being sincere. For any transaction to be successful there must be the state of trust among all the parties involved.

We encourage our staff members to keep the Health Centre clean in addition to our clients maintaining it as well.  This cleanliness is not only encouraged at St. Ambrose Charity Health Centre but also in the homes of the clients who receive our service.

  14. Voluntarism: The Health Centre highly encourages the spirit of doing things voluntarily especially among the staff towards the clients we serve.
  15. Spirituality: The Health Centre puts into consideration the spirituality of the staff and the clients that we serve. We encourage daily prayer sessions at the wards with the help of our staff members. Once a month mass is conducted for both the staff and our clients for spiritual nourishment.
