Sponsorship Program for the Clinic Personnel

In Kibaale district and Uganda at large medical workers remain scarce. It is on this background that we started the sponsorship program for clinicians and nurses.

Currently, it takes about three years to train a nurse in Uganda and each year costs about US$ 1,500 (tuition and personal effects).

It takes five and a half years to train as a medical officer. Each year costs about US$ 4,000 (tuition, accommodation, stationery, and personal items).

There are always candidates in need of scholarships to train as nurses or doctors. If you are interested in providing funding to train a doctor or nurse for us, please let us know and we will identify an individual and provide you with appropriate information.
